  12. I have a Phoebe 1428VQH (no idea who made this modem) that's only getting
  13. 6-700cps on downloads...not good for a 28.8! After iI installed it, I
  14. tried a program called Telix for Windows..the first it done was modify the
  15. factory default nvram profile settings. I tried to restore the factory
  16. defaults but, the nvram won't take any of the new settings.

  18. Is there any way to reset the nvram?
